There are no tryouts for High School, Middle School or Mites/Cross Ice/Learn to Play - registration will open in late spring/early summer for next season.

The Nighthawks are members of a number of different leagues offering options for all ages and all skill levels.  We are an all volunteer, non-profit organization looking for coaches and players at every level.

Travel/Club Hockey (U8-U18) - Delaware Valley Hockey League / Eastern Junior Elite Prospects League (EJs by team only)

Scholastic - High School (Grades 9-12) - Delaware High School Hockey League

Scholastic - Middle School (Grades 5-8) -  Mid-Atlantic Middle School Hockey League

Mites / Cross Ice (U8 Learn to Play) - Iceworks In-House Mite League

For DVHL teams - Evaluations will take place for U8 to U12.  As space is available all participants in evaluations will be placed on a team.  U14 and above open tryouts will be held.

For MS there is NO requirement to live within the Brandywine School District, just a desire to have fun and play hockey with a great program focused on the improvement of players at every level in a positive and supportive atmosphere.  This includes players from other school districts and even states.  We have awesome kids and want them to be able to continue to develop and play together as they grow up through their scholastic careers.

For HS, the Nighthawks will be representing the Brandywine School District in northern Delaware.  Schools the league has designated to play with the Nighthawks are;
