The Wilmington Nighthawks Youth Hockey organization is dedicated to fostering a love for hockey while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship and personal development in a positive and supportive environment. We strive to provide players of all skill levels with the opportunity to grow both on and off the ice, encouraging a commitment to excellence, respect for the game and the development of lifelong friendships. Our mission is to empower young athletes to reach their full potential, cultivate a sense of community and inspire a passion for hockey that lasts a lifetime.
Commitment to Development
We are committed to developing our players not only as athletes but also as members of our community. We do this by developing our coaches and providing them with the resources necessary to their own development as coaches. We view this as a trickledown effect that provides us as an organization with the best results possible.
